★ Components
465 ml of Basal Medium
25 ml of Qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
5 ml of Mesenchymal Stem Cell Supplement (MSCS)
5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S)
★ Instructions for Use
1. Prior to use, thaw the Qualified FBS and penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S) at 2 to 8 ℃over night
2. Add the above thawed solutions to the Basal Medium, gently swirl the bottle to ensure the mixture homogeneity.
3. Thaw the Mesenchymal Stem Cell Supplement (MSCS) in water bath (37℃) and then add it into the above mixture to make the complete medium.
Store the complete medium in the dark at 4℃.
★ Product description
Mesenchymal Stem Cells Medium（MSCM）contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and pre-selected Fetal Bovine Serum and other supplements. The product is suitable for culturing human mesenchymal stem Cells isolated from bone marrow, umbilical cord. The product is strictly aseptic without any contamination of virus or mycoplasma, and exhibits stable performance. By using this medium, mesenchymal stem cells can be quickly expanded with minimal differentiation. In addition to mesenchymal stem cells isolated from human tissues, this medium has also exhibited similar excellence for mesenchymal stem cells isolated from many other mammalian species such as mouse, rat, and rabbit.

This product is for laboratory research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.
★ Storage Conditions
Basal Medium should be stored at 4℃, while MSCS, FBS and P/S solution should be stored at -20℃ (in the dark).
